The Woodstar Group’s principal was instrumental in bringing Park Plaza to the UK, as owner advisor on many of the schemes.

Park Plaza purchased their first site in London from us; it is currently known as the Pullman Hotel on Euston Road. We worked alongside the team to deliver the Riverbank Park Plaza hotel and residences. At 394 rooms, the hotel has been described as the biggest new hotel to open in London for over 30 years. The building also includes the 70 serviced apartments of the exclusive Riverbank Residence. The Westminster Bridge Park Plaza project is another opulent, luxurious hotel, on which we collaborated with them.Individual design, city centre locations and excellent meeting facilities are key features of the upscale Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts brand.
