EADL was founded in 1979 and subsequently became one of the largest interior architecture design practices in Europe. The Group eventually evolved into a developer and principal investor in its own right.

The EADL Group was originally founded to provide design, planning, and development services to the real estate sector. Our extensive experience with new-build, restoration, conversion and refurbishment projects has resulted in us developing a thorough understanding of the industry. During the Groups history, we have been involved in upwards of 400 hotels. In 2001, EADL’s investment arm began making principal investments alongside its design and development sector, including hotels and residential developments. In 2007, we expanded beyond traditional direct real estate and now make a range of investments.

In 2000, EADL Group’s principal was awarded a ‘lifetime achievement award’ by the hotel and leisure industry organisation ‘hotel spec’.
