A Grade II listed four-star, 320 room hotel with associated leisure and retail facilities.

We purchased the Grade II listed former Bingo hall situated directly opposite Shepherd’s Bush Green, obtained planning permission and sold the property to the Dorsett Group who now own and operate the current site. Originally constructed as a cinema, the conversion and revitalisation of the building recognises and preserves the Pavilion’s external civic character by retaining the key architectural features of the building.
